The Continental Refrigerator SW72-N-BS-D 72" worktop refrigerator is designed to provide additional workspace for your employees while ensuring your fresh, cold ingredients are stored conveniently at the proper temperatures. Its sleek stainless steel top is perfect for food preparation, with a 6" backsplash that helps protect the wall from splatters, making cleaning up easier.

This unit features six roll-out drawers to ensure easy access to your stored ingredients, and the magnetic snap-in door gaskets guarantee a tight seal. With a spacious interior, this refrigerator is ideal for storing fruits, vegetables, condiments, meat, and dairy products.

The cabinet is constructed with a stainless steel top and front, while the ends and case back are made of aluminum. The roomy drawers can accommodate either a 12" x 18" x 6" food box or a combination of half-size and one-third size food pans in each drawer. The interior is made of aluminum, and the 2" non-CFC polyurethane foam insulation helps maintain interior temperatures while providing structural strength.

A 1/5 hp compressor ensures that this refrigerator maintains food-safe temperatures. The refrigeration system uses environmentally-friendly R-290 refrigerant and includes an automatic non-electric condensate evaporator, which helps reduce energy consumption. This specialized refrigerant has an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of 0 and a low global warming potential (GWP) of 3, making it an environmentally responsible choice.

You won't have to worry about the quality of the fin evaporator coil degrading, as it's both plasticized and non-corrosive. Four 5" casters are included for easy mobility during routine cleaning and maintenance. This unit operates on a 115V electrical connection and includes an electronic controller with a digital display and a hi-low alarm for added convenience.
